Konica Minolta Holdings Inc. Completes Full Acquisition of Danka Office Imaging Company in the United States

Konica Minolta Holdings Inc. announced that its subsidiary in the United States, Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Danka Office Imaging Company, which is wholly owned by Danka Business Systems PLC in the United Kingdom. As a result, Danka Office Imaging Company will be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Konica Minolta Danka Imaging, which will be engaged in sales of the Company's MFP and printer in the United States.
